I understand and acknowledge that guidelines for avoiding COVID-19 and it’s variants  issued by federal, state and local governments are often contradictory and confusing with  no definitive knowledge as to how it is spread. I understand and acknowledge that the only  way to completely avoid the novel coronavirus and its variants is to stay at home and avoid  all possible contact or proximity to other people. I understand that participating in any  activity necessarily involves risk of exposure to the novel coronavirus and its variants and I  voluntarily assume that risk. Therefore, I knowingly release from liability and hold harmless  Rule 1 Investing as well as its officers, directors, staff and volunteers from any loss, damage,  liability, illness or injury however caused, resulting directly or indirectly from participation  in a Rule 1 Investing event, whether or not such injury or loss results directly or indirectly  from the negligent acts or omissions of any of the released parties.
